1. Try before you buy
We offer a free 24-hour trial with the full lineup before any payment is taken. The point of the trial is exactly so you can confirm the service works on your device, on your network, in your country — before you spend money.
2. 7-day refund window
If you completed the trial and still paid for a plan, you have 7 days from the activation date to request a refund if the service does not work as described. We will investigate, attempt to fix the issue, and refund the unused portion if no resolution is reached.
3. What's not refundable
- Subscriptions older than 7 days from activation.
- Issues caused by the customer's internet connection, ISP throttling, ISP DNS blocks or device hardware.
- Accounts suspended for breach of the Terms & Conditions (resale, credential sharing, etc.).
- Specific channels removed by their original broadcaster (we add equivalent replacements where possible).
4. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +212 776 86 67 78 or through the contact page with your order reference and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Service downtime credit
If service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours within a paid period, we extend your subscription by an equivalent amount of time at no cost — no need to request it; we credit it automatically.
