1. Acceptance
By activating a MAX 8K IPTV trial or paid subscription you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't activate the service.
2. The service
MAX 8K IPTV provides a personal, non-exclusive licence to access live channel feeds and a video-on-demand catalogue over the internet via standard IPTV apps (TiviMate, Smart IPTV, IPTV Smarters, VLC, MAG, Enigma2 and similar). We do not sell hardware and we do not provide internet access — both are your responsibility.
3. Subscription & payment
Plans are sold for a fixed term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) at the price displayed at checkout. We do not auto-renew, do not store card details and do not charge anything without an explicit message from you.
4. Acceptable use
One subscription is intended for a single household. Resale, redistribution, public broadcasting and credential sharing outside the household are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.
5. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime and we hit it most months — but no internet service can guarantee 100%. Brief outages, channel re-orderings and content changes are normal. Where downtime exceeds 24 consecutive hours we will extend your subscription pro-rata at no cost.
6. Cancellation & suspension
You may stop using the service at any time — we won't charge you again because nothing is on auto-renewal. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms or that exhibits signs of credential resale.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for issues arising from your internet connection, ISP or device.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the service after that date is acceptance of the revised Terms.
