1. What we collect
- Order data: name (or chosen nickname), email or messaging handle (WhatsApp / Telegram / YouTube), the plan you purchased and the date.
- Service data: the playlist URL we assigned you and the activation date. We do not log what you watch.
- Support messages: the conversation history with our support team, kept so the next agent doesn't ask you to repeat yourself.
2. What we don't collect
No credit card numbers (handled by the payment processor), no browsing history, no per-channel viewing data, no device fingerprints. We do not embed any third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.
3. Why we collect it
To activate your account, to send you the playlist credentials, to help you with support, and to extend your subscription. That's the entire list.
4. Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties. The only exception is the payment processor (which only sees the amount and a reference, not personal data) and any legal authority where compelled by valid court order.
5. How long we keep it
Active accounts: as long as you remain a customer. Closed accounts: 12 months for refund and dispute purposes, then permanently deleted. Support conversations: 24 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR (and equivalent regulations) you can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it entirely. We respond within 30 days. Email us through the contact page.

This website uses one local-storage entry — your selected language (en / fr / ar). No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.
